Day & Age is the third studio album by American rock band The Killers, and was released in Japan (early release on iTunes Store for download) on November 19, 2008, in Ireland and Italy on November 21, 2008, and is set for release November 22, 2008 in Australia and November 24, 2008 in the UK, Canada and the US.[2]The first single from the album, "Human", was released to radio on September 22, 2008, and became available for download on September 30, 2008.[3] The band performed "Human" and "Spaceman" on the October 4, 2008 episode of Saturday Night Live.[3] "Spaceman" was released for download on November 4, 2008. The vinyl edition was released in the US on November 18, 2008, and included a free download of the album from Island Records.

日版iTunes提前发行了！The Killers的第3张录音室作品实在有点太吊人胃口了，从大热无比的Human开始，到最近的一张Previous Age拼盘式的炒冷饭之作，还有iTunes订购所赠送的新专辑曲目Spaceman都似乎在为这张Day & Age进行预热，而又找来与Keane以及Madonna合作过的Stuart Price似乎也起到了一定的宣传作用。从流行时髦的Hot Fuss到向U2靠近发展的Sam's Town，The Killers似乎都做的非常不错，也让许多人都非常看好，而Day & Age也许不会是The Killers最好的作品，但一定是08年优秀的作品之一，摇滚味以及爵士味十足的鼓点依旧给我们带来一个动感十足的The Killers，而嗡闻的管弦乐以及大气的Synth氛围， 一定会刺激你的每一个神经。Human的Synth-pop味已经让我迷上了好一段时间，可令人振奋的节奏掩盖不了一丝悲伤的情绪，真的非常入味。开场的Losing Touch有点慢热，微微的喇叭刺耳声使整首歌曲感觉像是一杯浓郁的葡萄酒，而Brandon确实有那么点自我陶醉的感觉，I Can't Stay那种cha-cha的迷人的竖琴声透露出一股爱情的蜜意，而Spaceman的让人留恋的Pop旋律以及那种让人过瘾的高音爆发感染力特别强，恩，确实不错。
